I first moved here at age 11 from Texas. I moved out here around August 15th, and we had just finished 63 straight days over 100 degrees in my hometown in Texas. On September 6, it snowed. It continued to snow off and on for the next NINE MONTHS. The last snowfall of the season was during finals, on like June 6th. Three months of summer, and then more snow. Needless to say, my little Texas self was dumbfounded.
