Default Auto or Standard

ok so maybe i would want to get a car... since the RSX is so cheap i am maybe thinking about getting that depending on what is happening on the triplex.. anywais, i have 2 choices either get the S type which only come in standard or premium Auto. I know most will setstandard but i just want a daily driver dont really need extra power and i drive 30 min in trafic meaning i will most probably get tired on Standard.... Is the premium underpowered?

Get the Auto. They come with Sequential Shifting so you can shift it like a manual....minus the clutch...that's what i was going to get until i saw insurance :wtc:

if you arent gonna hammer on it and you drive in traffic where you'll be constantly shifting, get the auto.

I just drove the mx-5 with a similar gearbox and was still going "dammit, where's the clutch?!?!" the entire time. Sequential Shift is still just a fancy automatic, and being able to select the gear does little to make the car any more fun than a plain old auto.

the tsx has like zero lag. not sure about the RSX. but i drove several cars including Volvo, Audi, Lincoln, and a bunch more, none had a "typtronic" anything like the TSX, it was perfect and seamless while they all had a little bit of lag.

the auto is slow. but if you dont have the intention to mod/or drive spiritedly.. it should do fine.

edit: and with my experience with the TSX, it does lag at times, and it seems the tranny gets confused if you are being an idiot.... it was a loaner, what can i say?
