I'm glad to hear that someone believes that being on time is important. I had to document all that crap when I was the boss, and my biggest pet peeve was being late. I had to give them three strikes though, corporate policy, so I made sure it went into their files. I went through 60 people in a 9 employee department in 3 years, and never lost a case at the employment board or office, no one collected unemployment payments on me.
