the day has come.
I got approved for a house today. :yay: :yay: :yay: :yay:
I didn't get as much as I wanted but it's all good. Houses here are pretty insane on prices and you can't really get anything decent. Old 800sqft homes built in 1945 go for $250k. My parents agreed to help me out and cosign the loan and I may be picking up a property from them. It's the house I posted up around mid last year. 2 story, garage, fenced in huge backyard, and located in a nice neighborhood. Anywho, she offered it to me for just 10k over what she paid last year and its gained lots of equity since then.
If all goes well, the Z will be paid off soon after.

Yay, wow, that's VERY expensive.
The house that I'm planning to get this year is 250K-300K and they're over 2700sqft. And I thought that was expensive. I thought that CA is the only place with cut throat prices.
nevertheless, congrat bro.
I just realize that I'm on the same plan as you, only a bit later. Got the G a short while after you got the Z, now I'm planning for a house, and you already got approved for one. My G will be done within 3 yrs.

When I decide to purchase a home I'm going to have to move out of CT. The average price for a 1 story ranch home is 450-500k. Well I think there called ranch homes. 1 story, 2-3 bedrooms, long.

Millions. I can only drive by and dream I could afford something like that. Even Teddy Riley lives nearby but I think his money is running out. His landscaping as been slacking for a few years and he's evening doing appearances in local commercials.
