i have the worst back and my knees and ankles are horrible. its all from a little bit of genes and i was a catcher in baseball until i was a senior in high school. up then down then up again is bad on the joints. take some advil before you go to bed or when you wake up should make it a little better
My back is bad as well. If I do too much in 1 day it will hurt for 1-2 weeks. Only thing that helps me is giving it a rest, and sometimes I take a anti-inflamatory pill (makes you feel great for a few hrs). I'm only 26, and can't imagine what it will feel like in another 25 yrs
