same as here we just usually talk as if we have the points and that they are taken off(easier to remember i guess) but in reality it's the same we have no inaptitude point and they are added when speeding and shit.

I naturally assumed you guys knew I was in Canada, not trying to be cool :wtf:
when you first get your license you only have 4 points on it, Im not too shure for how long and then you get your super duper full license and you have 15 points. if you lose your 4 points or your 15 points you lose your license for 3 months I think.

if ever you get caught and lose(actually get) your remaining points all you do is contest the speed/red light ticket. As long as you did not go to court you are innocent. By the time you actually have to go to court, you will receive you SUPER DUPER I CAN DRIVE DRUNK license... if you are summond to go to court before receiving it, get a lawyer to write you a letter saying that for different reasons you would like to postpone the "trial". Worked for me h:

ticket was double as i was guilty and they add charges when you try to contest and your still guilty but beat not having a car for 90 days.

dont worry about it.. take a shit laod of time to go to court... firt 30 day to not pay it. then they send you a letter to remind you that you have a outstanding ticket, that if you still want to contest it you need not to pay. however in order to avoid the addition charges that you should go pay it ASAP. then they send you a letter telling you when you need to go to court... pospone that one and PROFIT. but only do it IF YOU get a second ticket and you loose you remaining points.
