Keep in mind this is 7 days after the auction ended and 2 days after I got his MO. I told him what happened, and he wrote me back a huge long essay about how I'm such an asshole, I sound shady, he's leaving negative feedback, he's contacting ebay, bla bla bla. I responded and simply asked him if he'd rather have a broken part and be out $25 or lose nothing and gain nothing. So then ebay threatened to close my account and I had to deal with those idiots.
Sounds like you were at fault for that happening.. I'd be mad if I got my money back a week after I sent it and didn't get an email saying why. Granted, not enough to do all that. I woulda probobly just gave negative feedback.
Think of it in his shoes. Maybe he was in a rush for that piece so he could sell the car or show it or something like that, but since you didn't email him right away, he got nothing and had to wait a while to find out why he got the money back, whereas if you did send him an email he could have bought the part from someone else right away.

Edit: Not trying to start an arguement.

You should really start typing all your posts in MS Word so you can run it through the spelling and gramatical checker.

You should really take my advice man...How old are you? Seriously? If that's the cost of trading education for healthcare you guys can keep it.

BTW Where did you get that I knocked on someones door with a gun? It was hidden and secured in a holster and was only there as a safety precaution. I'm not a man of violence, but at the same time I don't like getting my life threatened. As I stated before, I don't trust these crackas around here
