I LOVE hot sauce! 
My absolute favourite...
Simple hot pepper sauce.
Its a home recipie bottle someone picked up in St. Marteen a few years ago. Everytime anyone goes back I have them try and find it. From what I hear its sold in a literal shack on the street.
COmpany name is Busco... no phone # or mailing addy. Just this:
Busco 97150 St-Martin (FWI) which I assume is French West Indies...
Its the best. Excellent balance of spice and heat. Great on anything especially cold pizza. I seriously put it on everything. Just put it in some ketchup for my fries... which I burnt myself cooking
