agreed.... i was going to trim mine down... but you can't have quotes... and only 4 lines... not cool

Length is the issue... excessive length to be specific.

 

well im happy to take off all of my for-sale stuff... i've sold the cams anyway... but i want to have at least a couple quotes... especially things like RB said in the horse>dog thread.... that was totally siggable... why no quotes though?

 

Or you can just choose not to show signatures, or perhaps make it a tad more than 4 lines.

Again, length is the answer. A 1-sentence quote at size 2 font takes up about 4 lines of space in a signature. Add in multiple quotes and line breaks and you get to the point where two-thirds of a page is nothing but quotes.

Besides, IMHO, most of these quotes tend to have a rather short shelf-life. :dunno:
