and yet there hasn't been a definitive answer as to why we can't change our user texts ourselves :thinking:

 

Search yielded many people asking, nobody answering. I'm not trying to whine, I was just wondering if there was any news or an ETA.

 

I am pretty sure there has been one given, just don't remember what it was because I really am not that concerned by it

I am sure a search will yield the answer though.

Can't remember the exact whys and wheres of the matter but I think it has something to do with hack elimination to find out where the excessive server load is coming from. We have been dealing with a lot of server issues and not sure if it has to do with the software or server side. So far though all things are pointing to possible server side issues but until it is for sure it will remain in limbo.
