h:doesnt sound like it at all.... sounds like he paid what they had listed.
as for the raidiator, yeah you took one deep IDB. a radiator is like 100-150 bucks, you can swap it out in about 45 minutes time from start to finish. thats the kind of job i do for 12 packs.
