i had a helpdesk call once where the little old lady on the other end of the phone thought the mouse was a foot pedal. picking up the mouse and clicking at the screen isn't quite that bad.

I just had to walk 10 minutes across campus because the computer wasn't working. I got there and it was stuck on the startup screen. 10 seconds rebooting and it was good.
