Airplane ticket name and passport name

Airplane ticket name and passport name
I know that airplane tickets need to match your passport, but what if i didn't include my middle name on the ticket and the middle name is shown on my passport? is that a problem?

it's not a problem. I've flown about 2 dozen times last year and each time the full name on the ticket didn't include rick, but on my passport or drivers lincese it did. no problems at all.
