Did they leave the ECU? Looks like they took the shift linkage too?

They want you to rebuild the car, then they'll do it again. I'm with WCS on this, it's someone you know ... from a meet, school, whatever.

its definitely someone that knows you and knows what you have in the car.
be on the lookout for anyone you know with a new engine.
Hopefully you have the serial #'s written down somewhere.
