Yeah, this is not something that i would let go. There are a few options, most of which have been noted already, but they all have their consequences (SP?). Since he dont know you, a "suprise" ass beating in a parking lot somewheres at night would work. He would never know who you were. Or you can try to confront him some wheres outside his home, get him good and pissed, let him take the first swing and then proceed to beat his head into the ground. Claim self defense......

I've come to realize that you can get away with just about any crime if you plan it well enough and don't leave any evidence. An alibi will not be necessary...I would wait months to do this when he forgets about it. Plenty of people hate him.

Tell her to call the cops or I'm breaking up with her? Things have been going way too well between us for me to come out with a statement like that...

Plus, how could she even press charges now? There were no witnesses. Couldn't he just claim she was lying? I don't know how these cases work.

Chris man ... Ecstacy is a common date rape drug. He was hoping that this shit would knock her sense of judgement into orbit.

I would report this to the police asap. MDMA clears your body so quickly that if a urine test, for evidence, isn't done now, it will be totally purged in 48 hours. (that's IF you want do go that route)

Thanks Andrew. When she calls me later I think I'm going to tell her to either call the cops or I'm going to take it upon myself to give this asshole what's coming to him. I gave myself a night to sleep on it and I'm even more pissed off today than when she told me. I don't know if I'm more irritated by her not doing anything about it or him doing it in the first place

 

By saying what i did, makes me sound like i like violence, but i dont. Im 5'8 145lbs. not exactly built for fighting. But around here the cops are just as corrupt as 90% of the people here and they dont do shit for things like this. Especially if hes a rich kid, more then likely so are his parents who are important to the community and who donate money to the city and the cops wont do shit to him. Atleast thats how it is around here.....
