5 day split, varies. No muscle group more than once a week except for abs 2x.

nowadays nothing-nothing, 7 days a week.

when i had no job, chest-tri, back-bi, shoulder 5 days a week.

My body reacts best with 3x workouts per week. Chest/tri/ab, back/bi/forarm, legs/abs.


Right now though I'm taking a week break, and it's driving me crazy... I really, really, really wanna go to the gym right now h:

4x's a week, M/Tu/Th/Sat

-chest + abs
-bi's + shoulders + legs
-tri's + back + abs
-chest + legs

Mon. - Arms...Bench/Closegrip/Curls/Shoulders...Cardio
Tues. - Legs...Squat/Leg Press/Extensions/Curls....Cardio
Weds.- Arms...Bench/Incline/Curls/Lat Pulls....Cardio
Thurs.- Same as Tuesday....Cardio

I usually do 3 times a week. Very rarely have I done 4.

But I'm starting this new thing. 6 day split. 1 body part a day.

good luck w/ that, man. the most i ever did was 5 a week, and it was tough. massive gains though. just eat and sleep when you need to and it should go well enough.

yeah. I'm good at eating. Last winter I calculated i was pushing 6000 calories a day :eek3:
