My body reacts best with 3x workouts per week. Chest/tri/ab, back/bi/forarm, legs/abs.
Right now though I'm taking a week break, and it's driving me crazy... I really, really, really wanna go to the gym right now

Tues. - Legs...Squat/Leg Press/Extensions/Curls....Cardio
Weds.- Arms...Bench/Incline/Curls/Lat Pulls....Cardio
Thurs.- Same as Tuesday....Cardio

good luck w/ that, man. the most i ever did was 5 a week, and it was tough. massive gains though. just eat and sleep when you need to and it should go well enough.
