Just don't edit where you have the code and it will continue to work. It's an open source php code so they can change a few things here and there and re-release it as a new code that will work. If Tom and that other guy still own/ran myspace I doubt they would care.

I didn't edit mine, mine still works. But they already got all the pages blocked for putting the new code in, so it's not working for my cuzo.
