If you cant take it and perform the job well, you should be doing something else. I mean I know how it feels to sit at a desk all day and serve people all day long. But when I was in customer service, when there are people around needing to be served (let alone patients in a hospital) I worked my ass off making sure they got what they needed in a timely manner. When it got slow, yea sure, take an extra couple mins to chat and relax. But come on...you gotta see then in action...or lack of. It gets me heated.
And also, this happened in the mornings. Clinic opens at 8:30am, we were there at 9:00am. So it wasnt like they were tired from a long days work.
