we should have a minimum and maximum speed limit on the freeway. each lane should have its own limit, like the right lane, no slower than 50 yet no faster than 60, middle lane 60 to 70, left lane 70 to 80, this should be enforced to the fullest. this will get rid of all thos @$$holes flying in the slow lanes when youre trying to merge and the slow ones in the fast lanes thinking they have a right to drive where ever they damn well please.
