Yeah they're $100 a tire but for me they wore out 3 times quicker than any other performance summer-only tire I ever had before.

ok, the Kumho Supra 712s and Yokohama ES100s are horrible tires...

I'm currently running Kumho Ecsta MXs (Tire Rack calls them extreme performance tires). You simply cannot beat the MX's S-tires for the money. I'm waiting for them to go bald so that I can buy a set of Potenza SO-3s, Michelin Pilot Sports, or PS2s.

For the track, I'll be running Hoosier A3S05. (I was thinking about the Michelin Pilot Cups, but I don't like how they're so tire pressure sensitive.)

You should swap them out and go for the S03s or the RE750s. Good tires are the first mods I would do on the AP2.

the GS-D3s are very good all around tires, but if you're driving a balls out sports car (i.e. S2000), I'd go with the S03s for their superior dry grip. (based off Bridgestone's Formula 1 tires).

Yeah but not by much. I've owned both. The GS-D3 is much more predictable and about a thousand times better in the wet, which makes up for its very slight disadvantage. Plus it's a ton quieter. The S-03's are nice tires but didn't really impress me that much :dunno:

I like mine, they were dirt cheap too.

Yes no doubt, but I bet you'll feel a difference in a RWD car.

In due time, sir :happysad: I really had no business owning any of those tires on an Accord V6 with only springs, struts and sway bars (all since removed), but they did make a really huge difference.
