this is what i'm thinking:
- come up with a list of rules for the entire run, post them up tonight
- come up with some character ideas, post them up tonight

- if the two above go well, start working on a character and try to have something done over the weekend

- compile a list of all serious participants

i will start the run.
- i'll take this jerk, take pics, post them up
- select a recipient from the participant list, mail him on.

the next guy will do the same..
- they'll receive the jerk, take pics, post them up
- select a recipient from the participant list (that hasn't already done his run), and mail him on.

we'll do this til it gets to the last person, then i guess he'll get returned to me, or whatever.

thoughts?

edit: the jerk will not be LT's sister. just want to put the kibosh on that idea right now. it will not be a picture of a real person.

yeah, or we'll have the list on the picture thread. and when the next recipient is selected, the person mailing it on will PM them for their address. that way we don't have everyone's address being sent all over the place.

maybe if the list was organized from left coast to right coast, so the thing doesnt travel back and forth a million times, it would probably cut down on time too
