Right but I'm talking about the water in our bodies. Sure it's get's swapped out periodically but still a large percentage of the earths water is being used in the form of people.

6.5 billion, times say 130 (as an average body weight) minus the 10 to 25 percent of our bodies that isn't water equals a LOT. It might even be enough to have an impact on the earth.

But then again maybe I just smoked too much in highschool... :dunno:

Okay. Let's do the math chief.

6.5 billion times 130lbs = 8.45e11 lbs. If 70% of that weight is water, you have 5.915e11 lbs of water in people. That converts to (using 1gal=8.33lbs) 7.1e10 gallons of water.

Still with me?

There's (supposedly) 3100 cubic miles of water on the planet. Since that's a volume, we can convert into gallons. For this we get 3.4134631e15 US gallons. So setting up a simple proprtion, where 7.1e10(water in people)/3.41e15(total water) = x/100 %, we get .00002% of water in the earth is in people So don't worry.

...the Catholic Church even officially supports this theory.

Please refer to the part of the cycle where the water is evaporated and forms clouds.
