wayyy too much $$$ and I can only use like PC2700 max I think plain DDR not DDR2. I just need something good that will last, I'll probably be upgrading to a new MB/PRO/MEM/VC in a couple months. Just wanna keep the current setup running for a lil while longer.

it's surprising that your crucial failed on you..
