So I was over at Zilvia.net and was buying a short shifter. Long story short I paypal the guy the cash, he said he'd send it, supposedly sends it to the wrong address, so i never get it, so he says he'll deliver in person to my parents place 20 miles away, supposedly no one is home when both my parents are home from work at the time, so he said he'd deliver it the next day but never shows up. 2 days in a row and nothing and making my family wait for him to show up. So I filed a paypal complaint and now all i have is evidence through AIM conversations that are logged and a voice mail i haven't deleted. Do you think these will hold up? Sorry for the rant I just hate scammers.
he's from pomona and i have his home address and cell phone number... thinking of calling the local authorities but I have no idea what to do if I do call him.
tell him if you don't get a tracking number for the package, you'll file a paypal claim against his account.
until the case is settled, that freezes his account.
already did and I called him 6 times in the past 2 days and left 4 v-mails and I have not received 1 single phone call back so I guess I pay the waiting game.
