Well I remember always putting my wheels back on in March...
I can only remember (here in MD) a couple years back that it snowed in March, because I was still in HS and had to have lacrosse practicie on a parkinglot for a month!

ya well when we want to camping and what not in the summer we cant have camp fires......and all of the smog and what not ya.....it would be nice to have a little bit of rain you know...sorry guys hope you have 200+ days of no rain
