ive got something seriously stuck in my tooth

i think its a piece of bone right in the center of my molar
toothpicks and brushing wont get it out

suggestions?

Or in AF's case, pull the tooth out, convince a homeless guy that it is a mentos, and have the guy suck it out of the tooth. Then go to the dentist and have that baby put right back in. Good as new
