Does anyone know if you can use the Dell EPP 30% even if the price is already discounted (20% off instantly)? I'm looking for a laptop and was thinking of getting the Inspiron 6000. With the configuration I want the total comes out to around $1600. If I could use the coupon it would take off about $450. I was thinking of getting the coupon off ebay and then applying it, if of course, it let's me.
