the piercings themselves didn't hurt as bad as i thought they would. the second was worse than the first because my body knew what it was in for.

however, about half an hour after i left the piercing place i was in agony. h:

i dunno about the difficulty of piercing smaller ones, but my nipples are pretty small. :dunno:
