Well i just went to GNC.com and ordered some Whey Protein PM Formula along with 2 bottles of 100 count Creatine Chewable Tablets. Im going to begin using these as soon as they arrive. My friend told me about www.crossfit.com and ive gathered some useful info that im going to be adding to my nightly workouts. What supplements do you guys take?
