There used to be this place at the mall that just made baked potatoes with any topping you want. They closed down and replaced it with Taco Bell

Taco Bell has fiesta potatos on their value menu ... it's gooood. Fried potato cubes topped in cheese, sour cream, and chives. Small serving size, but good.
