Just saying in the US it is illegal and you lose hunting and fishing privelges for 7 years as well as a nice fine if caught.

If I remember right this was tken in Russia but not sure...it's been a couple months since I first saw this vid.

Yeah I never saw it on here so it's not a repost as far as I know.

Fish and game laws are really harsh if you get busted doing it illegaly. In some cases you can lose your right to even posess a gun for up to 7 years. I have heard of this in poaching cases before.

Using artificial light for fishing or hunting is illegal.

Fish come to surface with the light for some reason. Back in the days they used to drop lanterns in the water because it was a guaranteed catch. As time goes by and you get a couple hundred thousand fishermen maxxing the catch limit this way it causes an imbalance in the ecosystem, so they banned artificial light.
