Default Workout crew: almost threw up last night

I lifted hard like I normally do, but when I went to the treadmill I wanted to puke after about 10 seconds. Maybe it was the water at the gym? I normally bring a gallon jug but I didn't have it last night so I took sips from the fountain.

It was so gross that I skipped cardio and went home :ugh:

sometimes your body just over exerts itself. i used to puke all the time after a hard workout when i was doing track in highschool.

Puking is a good way for your body to get rid of impurities, sometimes brought on by working out and etc.

Gyms are full of bacteria, communicable airborne diseases and viruses, Hence I have a Bowflex, because I use to feel like you felt everytime I went to the gym. It was the smell of sweat, feet, ass, moisture, and airconditioning trying to cover it up. My body actually began to notice it and respond to it. Maybe it was just me I don't know. Or maybe it is just 24 hr. Fitness?

My guess is overexertion.
