I switched jobs a while back, and now for my job I interview people a whole lot. It's alwas like, yet another guy who doesn't have his references phone numbers handy who says he's gonna email them to me. Most of them come through and it's not like I don't want em if they don't have that stuff on hand, but it's a damn pain in the ass to hassle a dude for phone numbers so I can check his references.

So to all you people who interview, make sure you have all applicable contact info for your references!
