Default Knive crew enter again...

After the last knife thread I made several months ago, I bought a Spyderco Byrd Cara Cara non-serrated blade and became disappointed with it after a while. The thin metal handle did not fit well with my hand and it became quite a pain to cut anything because it was not serrated.

I am looking at this knife right here and want opinions about said knife.

I picked one of these up for my inner-duty belt, as a last ditch shit-hits-the-fan weapon:

KA-BAR TDI Law Enforcement knife.

I also picked up one of these, for an in-pocket all-use and protective knife (while on duty as well):

Emerson UTCOM CQC-11.

I'd recommend an Emerson over any other knife out there, for any use.

Umm, I am trying to keep it in the ballpark of $60 to $80.

Benchmade is nice, but I'd much rather have an Emerson. Especially an Emerson Wave from the CQC line:

And 440C steel? kinda bleh IMO. The Emerson I showed here uses a MUCH nicer 154CM steel, and has titamium liners too
