I usually pass them doing twice the limit, while honking my horn, changing lanes at random and flipping the officer off. Also, I'll be talking on the cell-phone and rummaging around in the backseat on occasion.

Did I mention the beer?

Talking about Canadian cops...

I was in Toronto on spring break one year (i know..what the hell?) I had a few drinks (like 7-8) and went for a drive (stupid, I know). I was in downtown Toronto and made a left at a light that had a sign posted specifically marking no left turns. Got pulled over. I nearly shit myself. The lady officer asked if I saw the sign and I said "Yes, but I'm not familiar with this area and recognized the street name to get me back to my hotel." She let me off with a "have a nice night!" heh...dumb canadians

I will usually follow an officer on the highway but keep a good distance between us. Never had a problem passing a cop at reasonable speeds.
