its the only coffee place close enough to work and my home... i just need something to wake me up... im not really a coffee person so i dont particularly care bout its taste just the wake me up effect

I go to Starfucks more for the social aspect and since I only drink coffee I end up getting it while there. Not impressed with the flavor of their coffee at all really and I agree it tastes burnt most times. It's the only place I go that I end up putting cream in my coffee which is sacrelige IMO.

What a pathetic policy..:down:
What isn't killed off by overroasting is lost by overcooking.

Your espresso is tolerable, but still...it's cheaper by far to brew at home.

You're not the only one. Ok, well, I usually do put cream in my coffee but it's not even much. It's only with Starbucks, I put a little more.

Yeah I grew up putting cream in my coffee but after a while it was just black with sugar. Once in a while I still put cream in just for the flavor bvut at Bucks I have to just to make it tolerable.

The real tragedy is that it is so easily fixable.
Leaving the brewed coffee on the heater all freaking day literally burns the flavor out. A 25% reduction in temperature would fix that problem. :a:

I go to this little place on Elmwood in Buffalo that roasts their own beans. Amazing. And then the assortment of smaller coffee shops on the elmwood/allen strip have better coffee. And better people. I liked Coffee & until somebody burnt it down because the owner is gay. Not nice.
