6yr old suspended for sexual harassment

The question is raised in the interview of whether or not a 6 year old even understands the idea of sexual harassment. I say not but what do you think and is this a valid reason to suspend a 6 year old?

I totally disagree with the suspension decision. First graders don't know anything. My mom teaches K-4 and they are doing stuff like this all the time. Kids that young do not know any better. It sounds like a parent trying to get some money or something to me.

Umm...the teacher had the student suspended for what she saw as sexual harassment, the news got ahold of it and ran with it and the parent was trying to get her child back in school with the suspension dropped.

thats pretty interesting. even 6 yr olds can be caught sexually harrasing other 6 yr olds.
