Another major problem is, there ARE actually a few good DIY's lost in the sea of non-sense. Sifting thru it all is going to be quite a task.

heres an idea: because noobs that post in there as a "tech help" forum...
make it so that every thread has to be reviewed before it is posted... 2 seconds to see if it's not a tech thread and bam... we have an amazing DIY section.... or just post as articles, not threads (team-integra style)
