Jim Rome is the king. i keep meaning to bring in a little radio so i can listen to him but im too cheap to buy 4 AA batteries h:

so it sounds like maybe i better ask our network guy before trying any online radio stuff.... although we do have T1 for < 20 computers...

http://www.99x.com/ is a bad ass station if you like alternative and rock. The videos are pretty good too.

you can also just record a stream at home for 8-9 hours and then listen to it at work as just a big ass mp3 or something.

I've done that. Doesn't take up their bandwidth.
