Dude, thats rad! Carne is just a type of meat that you find locally around here. Cut thin and marinated (certain types). Dont cook the fries too much..non-crispy is how theyre served. GOOD LUCK DUDE!

3-4 pounds thinly sliced New York steak
1/2 bottle Italian dressing
1/2 bottle Corona beer
2-3 teaspoons of crushed red pepper
2-3 teaspoons of crushed garlic
juice of 3-4 limes
salt, pepper

^thats the first recipe on the site.. just marinate the steak in whatever ya got for a while.. grill it.. cook some fries, put the meat on it, put some cheddar cheese on top of that, throw it back in the oven, melt the cheese.. take it out and put some sour cream on it

edit: i probably wouldnt even grill it, id prolly fry it with some onion

You can go to a mexican meat shop (if you have any there) and get premarinated carne asada.

carne is just meat in general, so any steak will work as long as it cut thin and used right trust me, my roomate is mexican and cooks better then most of the mexican taco shops

I actually like the fries a little more on the crispy side. Too many times have I ordered C.A. Fries and the fries were nearly raw and wasn't good.

But for the meat, it's almost like ground beef (in terms of size and consistency). The bottom layer is the fries, then topped with the meat, then the cheese. Optional toppings would be guacamole, chopped up onions and/or tomatoes and prior to eating, drenched in hot sauce.
