I have had an account with them since I worked for ING Variable Annuities. However, my company is offering employee savings accounts tied to the federal funds rate (Prime - 3%)

yeah I suppose...Emigrant sucks ass though. I signed up for it and I refuse to use it. Their user interface is HORRIBLE and you have to jump through hoops to get anything done on their site.
