i ran a search on my comp for that file name and came up with nothing. damn cant even get help when help is around

1) Open whatever it was to create the error
2) leave error window open
3) Start -> Run -> C:\DOCUME~1\ALANFU~1\LOCALS~1\Temp\WERf6cc.dir00\
4) What is contained in that directory, if there is a txt file what does it contain?

ok so i just restarted my computer. and it came up with an error. it didnt come up the same way it normally did (while i am trying to get into my explorer watching videos.)

Turn off your McAfee anti-virus/shield and try again. It looks like whatever you are doing is causing McAFee to crash. Now it could possibly be a virus or something in your sysytem.
