How much do you pay for insurance?
Keep in mind that I'm 27 now and prior to me hitting 25, I was paying $2300 for 6months full coverage on my Accord.

i was paying 220+ per month because of speeding tickets. Since around 2003 I have made it my personal to fight every infraction and I have done well in reducing the impact and also I have stopped getting tickets since around late 2004. My insurance was pretty stripped down and when i moved to grafton from racine it came down about 25% per yeary $500...just because the crime rate is so much lower. Only based on my zip code, not on anyone seeing where i live or store my car (hint, hint). In september I got the renewal notice for my insurance and the price had PLUMMETED to ~100/month for my 2001 Miata. That's full coverage and glass with towing i think. I called them and theyre like well youve been well behaved and youll be 25 in may etc etc. well fine, cool, works for me.
recently i bought a full sized conversion van for $800 and got liability only on it, my insurance dropped yet again, it's now around $122 for both vehicles. Im nearly to the point I can get real insurance with american family or all state or something.
I am currently with unitrin direct, i beleive dakarm recommended them a few years back and i was in serious trouble with progressive and the gecko, price whise i think i was at one point paying around 3k a year for liability only. Actually, when i got my miata and sold my ek my monthly dropped about $9 for a newer, 2x more valuable "sports" car.
