Default I Just Got In A Car Accident

i just got in a car accident this morning on my way to school.
there was the biggest sun glare and i couldn't see anything.
then all of a sudden i see the red lights of a stoped car trying to make a left on a parking lot.
before i could stop i hit him doing about 50 or 60.
it was a dodge something i didn't really care.
my 1993 honda civic ex is now totaled
R.I.P
i really loved that car.
i don't know weather to fix it or not.
the insurence is under my uncles name. i just turned 18.
i'm probaly srewed.
the front of my car is all fcked up including the radiator
the other guys car, the trunk was all fcked up all the way to were you put the gas.
i just had angel eyes on it to.

50-60mph approaching an intersection with a stoplight? Doesn't sound very smart to me.

i didn't see anything intell i saw his tail lights.
they kinda blended with the sun glare.

I apologize. I actually just went through this myself. Dont worry too much, if its insured and your not injured, thatn i guess thats all that matters. Did you file with the poice and everything? Was the other driver alright? Dont worry, your parents should be sympathetic/ not kill you.

Oh, and when you get your car back from the shop if you get it fixed, dont be like me and just drive off. Check your oil and make sure they didnt drain it for some retarded reason. I drove 250 miles after my repairs, and boom. piston through the block. There was no oil in it.
