My condolences. You've got decent medical insurance, right? :hs:
If nothing else, it sounds like it's an open-and-shut case in terms of making a claim on the other guy's insurance.

I got hit 3x this year already, totalled two cars. None are my fault
But insurance only pay 1 car. The 2nd car, it's a hit and run and insurance refused to pay. Lawyer gave up on that one since we have to evidence. The place where they hit me also hit a parked car, so insurance use that excuse to refuse me. All I had was Liability and UM on that old car.
