Right, Snyder is a brilliant business man. You have a team that brings in over $300 million in revenue a year. If for 1.5% of your gross revenue, you can hire what you feel to be the top offensive and top defensive assistant coach in the league, wouldn't you? You need talent to have a successful team but the top coaches will squeeze out every bit of talent from their players. Just look at Bellichick and what he had with Weiss and Crennel
