Why do dogs insist on doing this
Any dog that I have ever owned or encountered in my entire life has done this. When they go to take a drink of water, they'll be drinking out of their bowl for one or two minutes then run over to you as fast as they can. They put their head on your lap with their slobbery drooliness all over your pants. :doh:

My dog lets a bunch of water stay in her mouth. If you look at her right when she turns away from the bowl, she'll let it all drop out. Same with cat food(Shes not supposed to eat the cats food. The cats eat all her dog food though)

after you take my dog out to take a crap he runs back inside and laps up a bunch of water...and guess what...2 minutes later he's pawing the hell out of you to go back outside and take a piss.
