Fighting a speeding ticket
Has anyone tried to do this?
I got my first speeding ticket a few weeks ago, and I feel it was rather unfair.
I was clocked speeding on the highway, but I dont think my driving was dangerous or reckless. I was just driving along with the traffic, which was as well speeding (I've never seen anyone doing the speed limit on the highway).
Your thoughts or advices?

u could fight it... but im guessing the cop just picked you up out of the bunch...
EDIT: by the way... Speeding is speeding... sometimes cops are just generous... whether your 1 mile over...your still speeding....

You got caught now go pay the fine and take the points and live with the increased insurance costs for a couple of years.
