Alright, I see a lot of people have been asking about my desktop. Sorry it's taken me so long, I made the thread before I went to bed.

I use WindowBlinds to skin the taskbar and such. Have to use TweakUI to get rid of the normal Recylcle bin on the desktop.

Then all the other stuff is Konfabulator widgets.

The shortcut list is the Desktop Favourites widget.

The weather widget comes with Konfabulator

The tiny boxes above the weather are the E-mail checker

Bottom right is the Drive space meter.

And last but not least, bottom left is the Recycle bin widget.

If anybody wants copies of the wallpaper, or the windowblinds skin, let me know; but I can't hook that up until I get home from work.

Ok take mine and remove the icons.. There we go. I just found a new program that manages your icons like quick launch but much better. All my desktop icons show up in a seperate menu. It can also make new buttons when you open a program. Very cool I think.

 

no, she traded it in on a lexus, which she has since sold & bought a '06 civic w/ navigation....which i liked

 

 

That's on my XP and Mepis Linux, just much larger and covered with icons.
