Take that new cold prevention pill they have out I think it is called airborne, people I talk to say it works great.

 

Theraflu tea packets worked wonders for me on sunday and monday i had a 103 fever.

vitamin C tablets. I took 800% the daily value (aka 1 pill) and got better in 3 days.

 

A few doctors told me that vitamin C during sickness is useless.. It only helps bolster your system before you're sick :dunno:

the best remedy for a sore throat is to gargle with listerine 3x a day. it helps me

 

your body can only absorb so much vitamin C, you can actually get vitamin C poisoning...and taking buttloads really doesnt help anymore than takin recomended cause your body just pees out the extra.
